The Tillandsia, more commonly known as Air Plants, are incredibly unique in their ability to live with absolutely no soil. Instead absorbing all their nutrients and moisture through their leaves. These clever plants are certainly no air-heads!
Native to Mexico & South America, these fascinating plants can be found growing absolutely everywhere from tree branches, to cliff-faces and even telephone lines.
Easy to care for, Air Plants love warm temperatures and prefer to be kept out of direct sunlight. We recommend misting them regularly, and occasionally letting them have a proper 鈥榙rink鈥?by submerging them in a jar of water for half an hour, before letting them dry out again.
